This class will incorporate authentic cycling principals, energizing playlists and intelligent intervals to help you build cardiovascular fitness, push your muscular endurance and become a better, stronger athlete. You will be able to customize your ride for your current fitness level. This class is for everyone!
Cycling class is held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with Danielle from 9:30 - 10:30 am, and Tuesday and Thursday with Adi from 5:30 - 6:30 pm.
