A multilevel cardio class that packs a punch! Non-contact kickboxing sequences are combined with athletic drills and high-intensity interval sets for an intense workout. Increase endurance, improve coordination and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun but challenging workout. Beginner friendly, no kickboxing or martial arts experience required.
