Cycling Strength

Challenge yourself and take your workout to the next level with Cycle Strength HIIT.  This class will combine the high intensity aerobic intervals of a spin class with the strength training you need to build muscle.  Classes will be offered in a variety of formats so you will never get bored!  In only 45 minutes you will get a total body workout that will build cardio endurance, increase your VO2 max and increase strength!  All you need is your water and towel!

This class is Tuesday, Thursday with Molly.
