Join us in taking your practice to another level of calm and serenity as you move through a gentle flow and hold poses for extended breath cycles. Feel grounded and strong as you connect your breath to your movement, finding harmony in your mental and physical strength. This class is suitable for all levels, beginner through advanced. Please provide your own mat.
