Barre

Enjoy a fun, invigorating workout that develops muscular endurance and strength, dynamic balance, flexibility and of course core strength. A ballet inspired strength training that incorporates Pilates and Yoga. Low impact but high intensity. All fitness levels welcome.

This class is Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 - 5:30 pm with Autumn.
