Aqua Fit- Deep Water: Maximize your workout with this full body workout for all fitness levels. Using a variety of equipment, exercises and new challenges, this class provides both cardio and resistance training while emphasizing proper form, improving core and total body strength. This class takes place in the deep end of the lap pool.
Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday, 8– 8:50 am.
