Yoga & Strength

Start you morning right with a class designed to strike a balance between strength and flexibility training. Experience an energizing power yoga flow flollwed by the calming effects of gentle stretching. You will gain confidence in your body's ability to face the challenges it is presented, while releasing tension and feeling centered. This class is suitable for all levels, beginner through advanced. Please provide you own mat.

This class is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with Molly.
