Do you own, manage or maintain a multi-family housing complex and want to learn more about fire prevention? Join us as we cover fire and life safety related topics specifically for this type of housing with the goal of creating safer communities. 

This training is held in partnership with subject matter experts from Hillsboro Fire & Rescue, Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue, Clackamas Fire District #1, and the Red Cross Cascades Region. 

Presenters from each agency will cover the basics of fire, common fire causes, fire and life safety inspections, the fire investigation process, youth fire setting, and landlord responsibilities that better ensure your property is safe. Our partners at American Red Cross Cascades Region will also cover their critical role when it comes to helping people who are displaced due to a fire.

After presentations, attendees will get to perform hands-on activities including fire extinguisher training and hands-only CPR training. A booth expo will also be set up to provide additional resources and educational information.

The training is FREE but space is limited and pre-registration is required.
