Please note, only 40 people will be allowed to participate in each class for safety and enjoyment reasons.

Classes may be canceled based on attendance and instructor availability.

Classes may be canceled if less than 3 participants are present 10 minutes after starting time. Class instructors are subject to change.


WEX Aqua Intervals

Aqua Intervals: Burn more fat in less time.  Want to add a twist on your standard aquatic cardio workout that carries even greater benefits?  By adding cardio intervals, you can significantly boost your body’s fat-burning ability as well as overall health and cardiovascular fitness.  All fitness levels are welcome.

Class is Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 - 9:50 am. Danielle teaches on Monday and Wednesday, and Stephanie teaches on Fridays.
