Please note, only 40 people will be allowed to participate in each class for safety and enjoyment reasons.

Classes may be canceled based on attendance and instructor availability.

Classes may be canceled if less than 3 participants are present 10 minutes after starting time. Class instructors are subject to change.


Step & Sculpt

Step & Sculpt: A moderate- to high-intensity class that involves adjustable steps to provide a challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels.  In addition free weights, body bars and other equipment are used to strengthen and tone all major muscles groups.

This class is on Friday mornings with Jade.
