Please note, only 40 people will be allowed to participate in each class for safety and enjoyment reasons.
Classes may be canceled based on attendance and instructor availability.
Classes may be canceled if less than 3 participants are present 10 minutes after starting time. Class instructors are subject to change.

A mix of Intervals, choreographed cardio, fast pace drills with strength training using a variety of equipment. A full body workout that is sure to keep you coming back for more.
Class is Wednesday evenings from 5:30 - 6:30 with Aubre.
