Join us on the first Tuesday of the month for a celebration of art and artists! All three floors of the Walters will feature arts and culture activities, including the opening of a new exhibition of work from the Guild of Natural Science Illustrators (GNSI Oregon) inspired by the Jackson Bottoms Wetlands Preserve. You'll also be treated to Jeffery Trapp on solo Flamenco Guitar, an introduction to the wild life of Jackson Bottom from Hillsboro Parks & Recreation Nature Program Supervisor Steve Engel, arts and crafts activities for the whole family, and complimentary refreshments, including light sweets from our sponsor, Decadent Creations. You'll be able to browse wares at a Pop-Up Shop featuring work by June Martin of Moth & Twig Mosaic Art Jewelry, ceramics by Theresa Arrison, and prints by members of GNSI, All are invited to attend this free public event!
