Bored and Brilliant: How Spacing Out Can Unlock Your Most Productive and Creative Self
by Manoush Zomorodi

Bored and Brilliant inspires readers to develop a more mindful relationship with technology, especially smartphones, and challenges us to find out what happens when we let ourselves be “bored” rather than engaging in constant digital distractions. Based on a series of challenges on author Manoush Zomorodi’s podcast, Note to Self, the book guides readers through experiments designed to help us reassess our technology habits, find time to unplug, and stimulate our creative minds.

"Bored and Brilliant is about living smarter and better within a digital world."
