City Facilities and Playgrounds Closed

To slow the spread of coronavirus and protect our community members’ health, City of Hillsboro facilities and playgrounds are closed until further notice.

Select Park Amenities Open May 23

Dog parks, tennis and pickleball courts, Reedville Creek skate park, Orchard Park disc golf course, and Rood Bridge Park's watercraft launch open Saturday, May 23. Other park amenities such as playgrounds, basketball courts, sports fields, and picnic shelters remain closed.

Parks and Trails Open

All Hillsboro parks and trails remain open for exercise and walking. 

Community members should take the need for physical distancing seriously and maintain at least six feet separation from others.

  • Introduction: October is Hillsboro Arts Month! Celebrate by attending one of over 60 events in Hillsboro.

Hillsboro Arts Month logoHillsboro Arts Month is an initiative of the Hillsboro Arts & Culture Council, designed to highlight the creative community of the City of Hillsboro.

October 2019 is planned to feature over 60 arts and cultural events and classes, with genres including music, dance, theater, visual art exhibits, classes, literary readings and discussions, workshops, film screenings, and more.
