Hello, Neighbors: The agenda and Zoom link for Tuesday’s City Council meeting and Work Session are available here. Please note the limit of 500 participants in this online setting. The Hillsboro Economic Development Council Meeting, City Council Regular Session and City Council work session will be held within the same Zoom teleconference meeting starting at 6 pm.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Council meetings and Work Sessions continue to be held on Zoom and do not have an agenda item for public comment. Public comments can be emailed to the Council at City staff are working to identify upcoming opportunities for community members to engage with the City Council on the topics of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and their relationship to policing. 

If you would like to provide public comment on Community Development and Budget matters, please sign up before Tuesday, June 16, at 8 am. You will be provided time to comment during the applicable hearing. Thank you.

Public Hearing Written Testimony: Email before 8 am on Tuesday, June 16 to provided written testimony. The agenda packet will be updated after 8 am with the testimony received via email. 

Public Hearing Teleconference Testimony: Pre-register to speak during the public hearing by providing your name and phone number, or Zoom name, to the City Recorder's Office before 8 am on Tuesday, June 16. During the public hearing, the Mayor will read down the list of those who pre-registered. When the Mayor calls out your name, you will have three minutes to speak. Members of the public using Zoom will not be able to share their screen during the meeting; presentation materials should submitted as written testimony. You can pre-register by emailing or calling 503-681-6269.
