Sites with reservable shelters are indicated below. Shelters may be reserved over the phone with a VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.
Note: Picnic shelter reservations are taken starting in January for the same year. 2019 reservation dates are April 13 - October 13.
Any individual or organization offering a registration or fee based activity or program must have department approval prior to using City of Hillsboro parks or facilities.

Plan Your Visit
AmberGlen Park is a 14-acre site located in the Tanasbourne area. The park is south of Cornell Road and is accessible from several nearby streets.
The site features a paved walkway around the perimeter of the park and also loops through the center of the park encircling a pond with two fountains. Visitors can rest on several benches overlooking the pond and enjoy watching the ducks and geese swim and play in the water. There is an outdoor overlook/seating area, two large grassy open areas for a variety of sports activities and picnic tables.
Orchard Park and the Rock Creek Trail are located to the west, Evergreen Park to the north, and Magnolia Park to the east. All are within a quarter to half mile walking distance.
There are three benches near the fountains overlooking the pond.
There are two large open lawn areas for active play.
There is on-street parking on NW Gibbs Drive.
There are paved paths throughout the park and around the perimeter of the park.
Eight picnic tables are located at the north end of the park.
