Storytelling on the Screen: Hillsboro Film Festival
Returning for a second year after a sell-out debut in 2024, the Hillsboro Film Festival will draw international film makers and buffs for a weekend packed with screenings, panel discussions, Q&As, and mixers in Hillsboro’s Cultural Arts District.
Don’t miss the late-night Countdown to Pride cabaret (not included in the Weekend Pass), hosted with Tauraro Film Fest, a Black and Indigenous LGBTQIA+ festival that co-curated the LGBTQIA+ film block. Several events are FREE — check the schedule and plan your visit!
Be sure not to miss a special screening of Stunt Rock by critically acclaimed filmmaker Brian Trenchard Smith, followed by a Q&A moderated by Emmy-winning filmmaker and PSU professor Dustin Morrow. The following day, Morrow will screen his own film, Panic Sets In.
Get a Weekend Pass for all three days, or buy tickets for individual film blocks and special events.
