On behalf of the property owner, the City has initiated a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to the Hillsboro Comprehensive Plan (HCP) (Ordinance No. 6249) on a portion of two properties totaling approximately 7.78 acres in size. The proposed Map Amendment would change the Comprehensive Plan Map designation from IN Industrial to SCPA Station Community Planning Area. The Planning Commission initiated the Map Amendment at their regular meeting on May 13, 2026.
