DR-025-24 Tech Center Landscape Conversion
Notice of Extension

The applicant is requesting a two-year extension of a previous land use decision
approved by the Director on September 3, 2024, to convert an existing
landscaped area into parking spaces on two lots approximately 8.47 acres in size.
This extension is related to a change in the project team. This request will not
modify the design, use, or conditions of approval for Tech Center Landscape
Conversion.
