Consolidated Development Review and Preliminary Partition Plat approval for a
118-unit mixed-use multi-dwelling affordable housing development containing a
ground floor preschool. The partition would split the existing lot in two, creating
parcels approximately 2.89 acres and 9.28 acres in size, with the development
occurring on the smaller of the two. The applicant is applying state mandated
adjustments, pursuant to SB 1537, to increase the proposed building height.
Proposed site improvements include a new public street, associated parking and
landscaping.
