CDCA-004-26 Data and Energy Storage

Notice of Public Hearing

Amendments addressing use definitions and allowances related to data and energy storage and generation. The proposed text amendments would affect the following subchapters of the Community Development Code (CDC): 12.01 General Provisions, 12.10 Use Categories, 12.23 Commercial Zones, 12.24 Mixed-Use and Urban Center Zones, and 12.25 Industrial Zones. The amendments will include limitations to data storage facilities and energy storage and generation facilities as directed by Hillsboro City Council.
