Notice of Public Hearing
Development Review approval to add approximately 10,500 square feet to an existing
prayer hall on a site approximately 4.3 acres in size. The request is consolidated with a
Conditional Use application for a Major Assembly Facility, as well as a Type II Floodplain
Activity application for construction in the floodplain. The applicant is also requesting a
Major Adjustment to the Urban/Rural Edge Street setback. The proposed multi-level
addition would include indoor recreation, additional prayer space, and classrooms.
Proposed site improvements include paving for parking, modifications to the
circulation plan, and related landscaping.
