Notice of Administrative Review
The applicant requests approval to partition one parcel approximately 0.18 acres in size into two new parcels. Parcel 1 currently has an existing home that would remain on the site and would be approximately 4,258 square feet in size; Parcel 2 would be approximately 3,631 square feet in size. Both parcels will meet the minimum requirements of the SCR-DNC Station Community Commercial Downtown Neighborhood Conservation zone. The applicant is also requesting a Minor Adjustment to the Undergrounding Public Utilities standards in Community Development Code (CDC) Section 12.50.620.C. The purpose of the partition is to accommodate future development of a new detached single family home on the newly created lot (Parcel 2).
