DR-015-19: Amberglen Legacy Marriott Hotel

Development Review approval for construction of a proposed 160-room hotel to be located within the Amberglen Business Park Planned Unit Development (PUD). The proposed five-story building would be approximately 100,415 square feet in size. Site improvements would include associated parking, landscaping and pedestrian connections to existing sidewalks. Due to proposed future public street improvements, the applicant is proposing two development phases – the interim plan and the future site plan. The interim plan consists of construction of the hotel, permanent parking north of the building and interim parking to the west in the area dedicated for future construction of NE Walker Road. The future plan will expand parking north of the building and remove the interim parking. The applicant is also requesting Minor Adjustments reducing the minimum front property line coverage and the minimum parking area perimeter planter strip. The applicant has requested and obtained approval for a Modification (MOD-007-19 Amberglen Business Center) to the Amberglen Business Park PUD to bring the subject site into conformance with the adopted Amberglen Community Plan.
