The Building Department allows for the submittal of deferred submittals and revisions on existing permits through our Online Application Submittal (OAS) portal.  In order to submit for these application types, you will need access to the system.  Without prior access to a project, you will be unable to submit for a deferred submittal or revision. 

When to use OAS for Deferred Submittals and Revision Applications

Deferred Submittals

Deferred submittals can be submitted through OAS when the deferred item does not require its own permit number.  If you have questions about the deferred submittal process, please contact us.  You can also access the Deferred Submittal Checklist for additional information. 


Revisions can be submitted on permits that have been issued only.  If your project is still in review, please wait to submit those revisions at the Applicant Resubmit Task.  
If your revision will result in additional or de-scope of project valuation a revised permit application will need to be submitted.  You can access our permit applications online and include with your submitted plans, documents, and the narrative outlining your plan changes.
