The Building Department allows for the submittal of deferred submittals and revisions on existing permits. Without prior access to a project, you will be unable to submit for a deferred submittal or revision.

To submit a deferred submittal or revision, please use the Start New Application Request Area. It looks like the image below:
Simply select from the drop down menu "Building Department Deferred-Revisions" and fill in the request name box below with your projects name and hit the Start my Application Request. Doing this will take you to another screen so we can collect detailed information about your submittal.
If you are submitting a deferred submittal please enter your building permit number, select yes and the type of deferral item you are submitting. If there is a change in value from what was previously submitted, please change the submittal valuation, otherwise, leave it at $ 0.00.
If you are submitting a revision, please select no on the Deferred Submittal drop down box and enter an N/A into the Deferred Submittal Description box. This is a required field and must have something populated to process.
On both the deferred submittal and revision application, you must complete the applicant information fields.
You now have the ability to save your applications for later. If you select that button, your project will be stored under the "In Process Application Requests" on the home page. You edit these applications and submit, copy them or delete them.
After you have submitted your deferred submittal or revision, you will receive a message that lets you know your project was submitted. Shortly after, you should receive an email invitation for that project and the project should be listed in your task assigned area. You will need to upload your drawings and documents and complete your task. Please see the instructions on how to upload your information and how to complete your task if you need help.
