After you have completed your initial upload task, our Technicians will do a cursory review to ensure that your submittal includes a minimum of information needed for our Reviewers to start work. If they find that you are missing information or that there is a part of your submittal that needs attention, we will send your submittal back to you for corrections. That is called the Prescreen Corrections Task.
If corrections are needed you will receive and email letting you know you have a task available. It looks like this:
With the notification received, you will need to access your task. You can do this in two places:
Example 1: You can access your task from the home screen, Tasks tab as seen below.
Example 2: You can access your task in the project by selecting the Projects Tab as seen in Step 1 below. Then select the permit number under the Project column, as seen in Step 2 below.
When the project opens, select the task from under the project specific Task List as seen below.
After you accept your Prescreen Correction Task, select the View/Edit Checklist Items button as shown below.
Selecting this button will open the electronic form, and will show you what items requiring attention. Please respond to each item under the Applicant Response column, clicking in each box available and enter text. When you have completed your responses please select Save and then Close, as seen below.
If you need to upload any additional or new drawing pages or document files you can upload those from the file tree on the electronic form. When done with uploading, select the box indicating you have completed all task requirements and select the Return to City of Hillsboro button. Please see below for image.
Once task is completed, it should no longer be available to select. Please note that if the task is not complete, the City of Hillsboro will have not received your submittal. Please call if you have any questions.
