How will I know when my materials are ready to be picked up?

You will be notified either by phone or email, depending on which notification method you chose when you got your library card.

Where will my holds be?

They will be on the holds shelf shelf filed under your last name. 

What if you don't have materials on my subject?

We will let you know via email. 

What if items get damaged? 

The library card holder is responsible for all materials checked out on that card. 

What if I need the materials for longer than 3 weeks? 

Most items can be renewed up to four times. Please contact the library at 503-615-6500 if you need assistance with renewing your material.
