• You may register for your immediate family. One family per phone call.
• Expect extended wait times when calling on registration day.

Fees & Payment

All fees are collected during registration. Cash, check, and Visa, MasterCard, or Discover are accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation & Refunds

• All classes have a minimum enrollment and may be canceled as early as 10 days before the start date if the minimum enrollment is not met. 
• Full refunds or credits are given when a class is cancelled or postponed.  
• Admission tickets and pre-paid program materials cannot be refunded. 
• Please allow approximately two weeks to receive a refund if it is processed by check. 

Withdrawals

• Registrants must withdraw by the end of the business day at least four days prior to the start of the activity, unless otherwise specified, to receive a credit or refund.
  • For example, if an activity starts on a Monday, the patron would need to withdraw on or before the prior Thursday to receive a full credit/refund for the class. 
• Requests made within four days are subject to an administrative fee of 25% of the total program fee. 
• No credits or refunds will be issued the day an activity starts.
• Withdrawals can be made online (if four business days before an activity starts) or by calling or visiting any Hillsboro Parks & Recreation public facility during business hours.
• Online refunds are issued as a credit to a patron's Hillsboro Parks & Recreation account. Refunds to the original form of payment must be requested through staff by phone or in person.

The City of Hillsboro uses photographs, photographic images, names, and audio and video recordings of community members, including City employees, for general communication in publications, on its website, on social media, in public relations, promotions, publicity, and advertising.

By visiting a City facility, public property, participating in a City program or activity, or attending a City event, you (or for children under 18, your parent or guardian) consent to the capture and/or use of your image and/or voice by the City of Hillsboro and waive any claims or rights, whether in law or in equity unless you opt out as described below.

Community members who do not want to be photographed or recorded, or to have their names, voices, or biographical materials used in connection with any such recording, may opt-out by notifying City-affiliated photographers or videographers (or designated staff on site) for each event or activity.
