Check In/Out Procedures
Doors are open from 6 to 7 pm for check in. After 7 pm, the entrance will be locked and front doors are not monitored for late participants. All participants must check in and check out with a staff person. Participants do not need to have an adult check them in or out of the program. They may leave on their own – many participants walk home. Leaving the facility without checking out with a staff person will result in a phone call to parent/guardians and potential disciplinary action.
Backpacks
Participants are encouraged to leave backpacks and bags at home. All bags will be inspected prior to entering the facility. Personal belongings must be kept contained, out of the way of others and not left unattended. Participants are encouraged to secure all personal belongings. Hidden Creek is not responsible for lost and/or stolen items. Participants may check out a lock and use a locker to secure belongings.
Dress Code
Participants are expected to dress appropriately for a public space. This includes wearing a shirt and shoes in the facility at all times. Clothing with profane, vulgar or offensive designs are prohibited.
