Free Mediation Services
If you live or work in Western Washington County (west of 185th Avenue), you can access free, confidential conflict-resolution services.
Please note: We do not provide family law mediation. For those services, contact Washington County Conciliation Services at 503-846-3428.
What We Do
We offer conflict-resolution services designed to help neighbors, families, coworkers, and community members communicate more effectively and resolve issues early. Our services include:
- Mediation
- Conflict Coaching (one-on-one support to help you prepare for a difficult conversation or navigate conflict on your own)
- Facilitation (structured conversations for groups, teams, or meetings)
Our services are voluntary, confidential, and neutral. A trained mediator or facilitator helps guide conversations in a safe and respectful environment. Our team does not take sides, make decisions, or provide legal advice.
Our purpose is simple:
Help you communicate, understand each other, and find workable solutions before conflicts grow.
