Downtown Streets Survey Project

The City recently completed a design study that examined  street conditions from East Main Street to Northeast Grant Street and North 1st Avenue to North 6th Avenue.

The project stems from the City's commitment to continued modernization of the downtown area.

The study evaluated: 

Downtown Streets Reconstruction
  • Pavement Condition
  • Driver functionality/turning radius/safety
  • Pedestrian accessibility/parking
  • Utility Design Life
