About
NE Lincoln Street between 1st Avenue and 6th Avenue, and 2nd Avenue between Lincoln and Jackson have been identified as needing asphalt repairs. The City of Hillsboro is committed to making many needed improvements to the Lincoln and 2nd Avenue corridor including paving, curb installation, water line and stormwater improvements.
Proposed Improvements
The project is designed to improve pavement condition, enhance vehicular and pedestrian safety, improve ADA access and increase accessibility for neighbors, the traveling public, and visitors to the area.
Proposed improvements include:
- Pavement replacement
- Curb bulb outs to improve pedestrian safety
- Curb replacement
- Replacement of stormwater and sewer infrastructure
- Replacement of water main and service laterals
- Removal and replacement of select street trees
