When you become a new HiLight subscriber, you will be asked to make your first payment at the time of order. This first payment will include:

• A prorated amount for the remainder of the current service month
• Your first full month of service in advance
• Any one-time charges (ex. Installation)
• Any voice service related fees and taxes (if applicable)

HiLight billing occurs the first of each month, when billing statements will be emailed to the primary email address on your account.

Full payment of the account balance is due by the 20^th of each month.

If full payment is not received by the 28^th day of the month, a $5.00 Late Payment Fee will be assessed.

Service will be electronically suspended if full payment, including the new month’s billing, is not received by the 45^th day 

Service will be fully terminated and the account disconnected if full payment is not received by the 60^th day.

• How to Read Your Hilight Bill

Under some circumstances, special payment plans can be arranged with a HiLight Customer Service Representative up to the 44^th day after the original billing, prior to the electronic suspension of service for delinquent payment. These payment arrangements can only be utilized up to a maximum of three times within a 12-month period.

You will only be billed for the days you have service. Your billing starts on the day you are installed and service is activated, and billing stops the day your service is disconnected.

If you connect service part way through a billing month, your charges will be prorated for the remainder of that month. If you have paid or been billed for the next full month in advance, upon disconnection, a prorated credit will be issued to assure you are responsible for only those days when you had service.

Billing does not cease in the event of an electronic service suspension in the event of non-payment.
