Hillsboro Selects Simone Brooks as Assistant City Manager Focusing on Community and Organizational Connectivity and Engagement

Traffic Advisory: Northbound Lane of NE 59th Avenue Closed Intermittently October 17 & 18 for Catch Basin Repair
The northbound travel and bike lanes of NE 59th Avenue between NE Evergreen Parkway and NE Bennett Street will be closed intermittently to vehicles, bicycles, and local truck traffic from 7 am to 4:30 pm on both Wednesday, Oct. 17, and Thursday, Oct. 18, 2018.

After more than seven years on the job, Hillsboro City Manager Michael Brown surprised the City Council and City of Hillsboro staff this week when he unexpectedly announced his decision to resign from his position, effective January 18, 2019.
